What exactly does The Change do?
We're a professional residential gym management and wellness company. We turn underutilised residential gyms into vibrant, high-value community spaces — handling operations, programming, community engagement and facility upgrades, all under one roof.
What do we need to provide to get started?
Very little. We meet your team to understand the property, resident demographics and current gym setup, then assess facility condition and usage patterns. From there, we design and run everything.
How long does setup and activation take?
After the assessment we plan and customise a tailored operations plan, deploy our professional team, upgrade interiors and equipment where needed, and launch resident engagement programs. Exact timelines depend on the scope of upgrades.
Is there any cost or capital investment from the developer?
No. We enhance the gym — including upgrades and a luxury feel — without adding operational burden or capital cost to the developer or the management.
